What is Riboflavin ?

Riboflavin is a kind of B vitamins, slightly soluble in water, stable when heated in neutral or acidic solution, and is a component of the prosthetic group of flavin enzymes in the body. It is easy to digest and absorb, and the amount excreted increases or decreases with the needs of the body and possibly with the loss of protein; it does not accumulate in the body, so it is often supplemented with food or nutritional supplements. Widely present in yeast, liver, kidney, eggs, milk, soybeans, etc.
